At Lily Pad Aesthetics, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making any purchases.
Services – Strictly Non-Refundable
All rendered services are final and non-refundable without exception.
Appointment booking constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy.
Products – Final Sale
Our products are brand new, individually boxed, and sourced directly from licensed manufacturers. While all sales are generally final, exceptions will be made for items that arrive with a manufacturer defect or are received in a faulty condition.
To ensure health, hygiene, and safety, we do not accept returns unless the product is confirmed to be defective upon delivery.
If a product is determined to be defective:

The item must be physically returned to us in its original packaging.

Upon inspection and approval, the customer will be issued a credit equal to the original purchase amount, minus a 10% restocking fee.

This credit may be applied toward another product or service of equal value.
This policy applies to all skincare, personal care, and wellness products sold by Lily Pad Aesthetics.

Refunds are only issued in the rare case of a product being damaged, defective, or incorrect, and only if approved by our team.
